Sorry for not posting last night. I was building our bat cave for the classroom. Come check it out! The students were so excited when they saw the bat cave this morning :) Surprise! We are learning about bats for the next four weeks.
Highlights from today:
• Chapel this morning! I love starting Wednesday morning off with chapel. Watching your children praise the Lord brings such joy to my heart.
• In Math we are learning about AB patterns (eg. blue, green, blue, green, blue, green)
• One of the Mom came in to read a story to the class today: How Big is a Million? (pictured to the side)
• My husband, Mr. Marshall, also came to the class to read with us! The students are loving Read-In Week!
• In the afternoon, we had bug buddies. We made bats to hang in our bat caves. When they finished their art project, they read books about bats today. It's wonderful to see the students interacting together!
Reminders
• No homework
• Don't forget to bring a flashlight to school on Friday for our blanket fort party :)
Blessings,
Mrs. Marshall
