Highlights from today:
• We made snowflake art. It's still drying because the paint is wet. Photos to follow (my camera isn't working properly, so I'll upload them later this weekend.

• We also got to chat with our classroom missionaries (some of the high school students who are going on the Mexico Missions Trip). They talked with us about what it will be like to build a house for a family that does not have a house. Then we build houses to pretend that we were building houses for someone who doesn't have a house. Here are some pictures.
• In Math we learned about using math tools (such as blocks). We used the Math tool to solve word problems. For example, "Mrs. Marshall has 1 ball and Mr. Bryerton gave her 3 more. How many balls does Mrs. Marhsall have now?"

- January 20: Hearing testing during school
- January 22: Colour day. Kindergarteners are wearing blue. This is a casual day where the Kinder students can wear blue to school.
- January 22: Scholastic orders due back (These were sent home on Friday)
- January 25: Reader’s Circle. If you are able to help or bring a snack, please let Mrs. Marshall know.
